Cheryl Chadwick brings 35 years experience to law practice.

Cheryl Chadwick graduated from Stanford University in 1976 and USC Law School in 1979.

After graduation from law school, Ms. Chadwick became partner at a large, downtown law firm, working there from 1979 to 1990.  During this time, Ms. Chadwick represented fortune 500 corporations including Mobil Oil Corporation, United States Steel Corporation, Eli Lilly Corporation, Borden Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Motor Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation as receiver for Westwood Savings, handling business litigation involving breach of contract, labor and employment and general commercial disputes.

Cheryl Chadwick formed her own practice in 1990.  Since that time she has represented high-profile individuals, production companies and other entertainment-related businesses, a national equipment leasing company, real estate management companies, a leading dispute resolution organization, retired judges, physicians and multiple medium and small businesses in cases involving employment, breach of contract, commercial disputes, business fraud, real estate, and other matters.

Ms. Chadwick has experience in all aspects of litigation including pre-litigation analysis and dispute resolution, filing and responding to lawsuits, discovery, motion practice, pre-trial procedure, trial and appeal.  Ms. Chadwick acts as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants.
